Fantastic service! We used them for two long trips during our visit to Guatemala. Both vehicles... (multi-passenger vans) were clean, well maintained, comfortable and had air conditioning (huge plus when traveling through very hot and humid regions). Our drivers, Jairo and Victor, were super friendly, knowledgeable about the regions we were visiting, respectful, courteous and very punctual for our desired pick-up times. They drove us from Guatemala City to Huehuetenango region, Atitlán, Antigua and back. Then from Guatemala City to Rio Dulce, Isla de Flores, Tikal and back. I highly recommend them!read more

I used DMC Guatemala this year during the busiest seasons of the year - Christmas and Easter - for... family and friends who came to visit. The service was not only flawless but the personnel went above and beyond and were delightful. Picking up and delivering to the airport from Antigua to Guatemala City was professional with periodic updates relieving any stress, right on time, and went without a hitch; transportation from Rio Dulce to Antigua on Christmas Day went right as planned as well. The chauffeurs were friendly, informative, and had excellent driving skills. The recommendations and suggestions that Diego gave us for planning our excursions and outings were perfect. I give Diego and DMC Guatemala my highest recommendation!!!!! I will be using them again this summer for more family coming to visit.read more

We really recommend DMC Guatemala. We booked through Diego a couple of trips and unfortunately... plane from Guatemala City was cancelled because of fog and we couldn't do one of them and Diego was super helpful and understanding of the situation, the next day we did the Tikal tour in Flores which I cannot recommend enough. The guides were amazing, knowledgeable, the tour was really good, and also the stops and the food at the restaurant. Really well organised. We will use DMC again.read more

It was a pleasure to book trips with Diego and his company! He was recommended to us from the owner... of our holiday home in Antigua and we really appreciated his services. Answering our mails in 24 hours and mostly less, patiently giving detailed information so it was easy to plan our trip in advance without losing time looking for shuttles in Antigua or other places. The transportation was always on time, the vehicles very comfortable and the drivers friendly - once Diego even managed we got back a book of our little daughter we had forgotten in the car on the previous trip. Thank you so much once more, Diego! We will definitely rent you our next time in Guatemala (hopefully very soon)!read more

Planning an event in Guatemala for 160 people can be tough. When 40 of those guests are from... Countries outside of Guatemala, things can go from tough to nearly impossible. Luckily for us, we were recommended to DMC Guatemala for all of our transportation and touring needs. Everyday for almost 2 weeks, we had guests arriving to and departing Guatemala City from all over the world - with destinations including Antigua, Lago Atitlan, Rio Dulce and Flores. The crew at DMC Guatemala didn't miss a single beat - every guest was picked up at, and arrived to, their scheduled destination on time. Even when guests made last minute itinerary changes, DMC was able to adjust to our every need. DMC Guatemala also set us up with excellent tour guides and operators on our expeditions to Tikal and Yaxha.
